Terms and conditions of sale for orders placed with Bullseye Popcorn.

Inspecting your order on reception

Please inspect your order before signing for the reception of your order and note any damage. In case of shipping damage, it is your responsibility to immediately advise the carrier and to note the damage on the delivery slip.

Transit time

Your order will be shipped within the timeframe of the shipping method you have chosen. Normally, transit time is 3 to 5 business days, provided the products are in stock; some areas may take longer. If a product you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. Some products are special order only — we will inform you of any resulting delay. When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Shipping

Our website calculates the shipping cost according to the weight, the number of packages and your location. The cost shown at checkout is the normal shipping charge for most main cities. Some remote destinations or overweight shipments may be subject to surcharges without prior notification. We always choose the most economical shipping method so that prices stay low. Shipping fees vary depending on your location, destination, size and weight of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping and shipping prices.

Returns

For online orders: any return must be made within a maximum of 30 days following the reception of your order to be eligible for a refund. Machines and equipment must be new and unused. No refunds are given on food products. Shipping fees and return shipping fees are at the expense of the client and are non-refundable. Your electronic bill is required as proof of purchase. To return an item, first contact customer service to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Price, description and printing errors

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a price is inaccurate, if the actual shipping price exceeds the price evaluated by our system, if a product description is incorrect, or if the amount in inventory is insufficient. In the event of an order cancellation, we will contact you.
